Established in 1997 as a mobile Locksmith and Safe Engineer, we offer a 24 hoour service to both commercial and domestic customers. If you have been told the only way into your safe is to destroy it, then you have gone to the wrong person.

IDL Locksmith and Safe Engineer was established in Tavistock in 1997 and was at that time the only mobile locksmith and safe engineer in the Tavistcok area.

Previous to this, the owner - Ian - was the Chubb Safe Equipment company's local engineer. Having worked for the company for 29 years, 4 years of which was an indentured apprenticeship in security engineering.
